How to Use the Portal

  • 1. Dashboard: Shows an overview of active projects, team assignments, and current progress indicators.
  • 2. Projects: Create new projects, define milestones, and assign responsible team members. Each project links to tasks, issues, and supporting files.
  • 3. Issues: Log and track bugs, blockers, or improvements. You can link issues directly to the project they affect.
  • 4. Registers & Evidence: Keep structured notes, approvals, or test results that support your project outcomes or compliance reviews.
  • 5. Documents & Policies: Upload shared procedures, design documents, or policy files for easy reference and version history.
  • 6. Reports: Generate quick summaries for management meetings or audit preparation.

User Roles & Permissions

  • Admin: Full access to manage users, projects, and system configuration.
  • Project Manager: Full access to projects and reports, but cannot create or edit users.
  • Developer: Can update tasks, attach evidence, and close issues, but cannot create new projects.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to all projects and reports — ideal for audits or external viewing.

Quick Start Tips

  • 📁 Use the Projects section to create or open ongoing work.
  • 👥 Assign team members to each task and keep short progress notes to maintain visibility.
  • 🐞 Record Issues as soon as they’re found and link them to their related project for easier tracking.
  • 📎 Upload files or screenshots as Evidence whenever a deliverable or test is completed.
  • 📊 Check the Dashboard daily to review workload and task completion percentages.
  • 🧭 Compliance-related records are optional but recommended for teams needing audit or client reporting.
